Welcome to the Bleak&Wild Shipping & Returns Policy — a document that exists because, unfortunately, teleportation isn’t a thing yet. Below you'll find all the details on how we get your sarcastic goodies to you and what to do if things don’t go to plan.

Shipping Information

1. How Long Will It Take?

We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days, but let’s be real — things don’t always go perfectly to plan. We’ll do our best to get your order out on time, but if there’s a slight delay, know that we’re on it.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK Orders: 2-5 business days

  • International Orders: 7-21 business days (depending on location)

Please note, delivery times may vary based on your local postal service and any customs delays for international orders. We have no control over that — sorry!

2. Shipping Costs

We keep things simple: Costs are explained at the checkout, they are subject to change due to courier price changes.

Spend £30 or more, and we’ll cover the shipping costs for UK orders sent to the same address — because nothing says 'thanks for shopping' like saving a few quid.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details (if available). If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, check the tracking link or send us a message at bleakandwild@gmail.com — we’ll look into it.

Returns & Refunds

We get it — sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s what to do if you need to return something.

1. Can I Return My Order?

Yes, but with a few conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you want to return it.

  • Items must be in their original condition — no coffee stains, no tears, and definitely no signs of existential crisis.

To start a return, email us at bleakandwild@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. What Items Are Non-Returnable?

We can't accept returns on:

  • Customized items (you asked for it, we made it — it’s yours now).

  • Digital products (once you download it, it’s yours forever).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in resalable condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

We’ll email you to confirm once your refund is on its way (no ghosting, we promise).

4. What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order shows up looking like it’s been through an apocalyptic event, please email us at bleakandwild@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We’ll sort it out and get a replacement sent your way.

5. Returns Address

We’ll provide our returns address once you’ve contacted us to start the return process. We don’t list it here to keep things simple (and to prevent random junk showing up at our door).
